Deposit- One night’s stay including tax per room reserved. Cancellation policy- We ask for 10-days notice to cancel a reservation, there is a 25 processing fee. Within the 10 days, you are responsible for the room nights that we are unable to resell. In the event of a cancellation, please let us know by phone or emailÚt least 48 hours prior to arrival date check-in 4-00 pm . We will give you a cancellation number and no charges will be made to yourÜredit card. If however, cancellations occur less than 48 hours 4-00 pm prior to arrival date, one full night stay including taxes will charged to your credit card. |
