Location. The Deer Creek Resort in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, is located on the border of Deer Creek State Park, 30 miles southwest of downtown Columbus. Fishing, camping, golf courses, horseback riding, hiking and jogging are all located on site or within walking distance of the resort. The Deer Creek State Park Golf Course is within two miles. Attractions in Columbus such as the Scioto Downs Racetrack, Columbus Museum of Art, and German Village Society are within 31 miles.
Hotel Features. The on- site restaurant offers a bistro-style menu, featuring gourmet seafood dishes and salads. Drinks are available at the lounge/bar.
